Im standing in the cold tide  Empty blankets wrap themselves about my feet  they were once so warm

ObserverFrom my former windows I used to watch you  walking calm and collected  in the incidental dusk.  I watched your boyfriends change  with every careless phase of the moon.  I watched your breath materialize  into something I could touch.   
Yes, your hair was grasping for some latent Athenian truth  it's true,  whether you knew it or not.  Wolves mirrored your footsteps from a thousand forests away,  and an owl's heart beat in perfect time  with the ticking of your watch.

Yeah, I'm a pirate. What of it?
Actually I'm just frustrated. Yesterday, I got into some charcoal and had me an art explosion. I actually managed to crank out two pieces that I'm somewhat proud of... but I can't post the damn things here because I don't have a scanner. One of them is called Unnatural Nature Uncaught on Film,
and the other (the one I'm more happy with) is called Grody Sweets. Based on the titles, try to picture what they would look like in your head. There.
I'm not posting any poetry because apparantly what little poetry writing skill I had got flushed down the toilet.
(Mournful trumpet plays.)
